Creating a bold new brand identity for Vitavox, as well as bespoke website and suite of marketing assets to stand out in the defence secor, and instil trust with their global client base.

    The challenge:

    Take a legacy brand in the military and defence industry, known for their rugged quality and bring it new life. Vitavox suffered from outdated branding, poor UI/UX, limited product information and no way to capture interested visitors’ details. Freshly Brewed fixed that.

    The approach:

    Freshly Brewed started by conducting an audit of the existing brand, website and user experience. Surveying customers and the internal team, as well as deep diving into website analytics to understand the motivations and behaviours of their customers.

    This analysis was then used to help shape the rebrand and create new visual identity, user journey and product catalogue for the brand.

Vitavox design, manufacture and supply loudspeakers, microphones, headsets and intercom systems for International Army and Naval platforms. The company is at the forefront of military and naval communications and has been supplying the defence industry since 1930. Yet their website was stuck in the past.
