A first-touch institutional investor will spend less than two minutes on your site on a first pass. They want four things in that window: what is the strategy in plain English, who runs the firm, what is the pedigree, and is this firm operationally serious. Single-page sites work for emerging managers and pre-launch funds where the strategy is simple and the audience is institutional but small.

Multi-page Hedge Fund Architecture

Multi-page architecture becomes appropriate as the firm adds vehicles, share classes, geographic mandates, or institutional reporting expectations. The transition usually happens between £100m and £250m AUM. The site flexes to support multiple investor types without losing the calm signal.
