The challenge
Validis faced the crucial task of revitalising its brand identity, aiming to cultivate a refreshed and more commanding image to strengthen its competitive position in the market. Recognising the outdated nature of the existing visual elements and their misalignment with the company’s visionary goals, a comprehensive and innovative approach became imperative. The goal was to craft a contemporary and unified brand experience resonating effectively with Validis’ target audience.
The approach
Freshly Brewed ran a Brand Discovery workshop with Validis’ Senior Leadership team, laying the foundation for subsequent strategic moves. Meticulous market research followed, benchmarking Validis against industry peers and competitors to glean crucial insights for the upcoming creative process.
Subsequently, a series of mood boards, identity concepts, and mock-ups breathed life into the envisioned new identity. This phase involved a collaborative exploration of design elements capturing Validis’ essence and vision.
With the new identity solidified, attention shifted to the website. This involved creating a revamped site map strategically aligned with Validis’ key objectives and desired calls to action. The process seamlessly transitioned from wireframing to finalising the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX), culminating in the development of a custom WordPress site tailored to meet Validis’ unique needs.
The culmination of this intensive effort was marked by a website launch and press release. Before the launch, rigorous measures were undertaken to ensure the site’s optimal performance – from proper indexing and seamless integration of analytics and SEO tools to meticulous attention to page speed optimisation. This holistic approach aimed not only at delivering a visually appealing and user-friendly website but also at maximising its discoverability and impact in the digital landscape.
Valdis work with auditors, financial institutions, insurers and fintechs to help them connect to their customers’ accounting packages. Their goal is to help them get standardized and granular data to power faster, cheaper, and smarter decisions.
